Every plan — from Basic to Premium Plus — comes with the same non-negotiable commitments. Data security is not an enterprise-only feature.

Your property data is never shared, sold, licensed, or exposed to any third party, competitor, or other Pivot Sigma customer. It is not used to train a shared or multi-tenant model. It is not pooled into benchmarking products. It is not resold to rate-shoppers or analytics vendors.
Used only to reason about your property.
Your data lives inside your Pivot Sigma tenant and is used exclusively to generate briefs, dashboards, forecasts, and recommendations for your property. Nothing leaves your boundary without an explicit, written, scoped agreement — which we will only ever ask for if you request it.

Pivot Sigma reads your PMS and RMS. It does not push rates, inventory, restrictions, or group holds without explicit, scoped, human confirmation — and it produces an audit log every time it does.

How is pricing calculated for a portfolio?
Per property, with portfolio discounts that scale with the number of keys and properties under management. Premium Plus is always quoted based on the portfolio shape, brand mix, and desired RM cadence.
Can I switch tiers later?
Yes. You can move up or down at any month boundary. Your historical briefs, dashboards, and decision log travel with you.
Is the Basic promo price permanent?
The $599 rate is a launch promotion for properties onboarded before 2026-09-30. It is locked in for the first 6 months, after which Basic renews at $899. Intermedium and Premium have no introductory pricing changes planned.
What does “unlimited AI” actually mean?
No query caps and no context truncation. Every question you ask in Intermedium or above gets the full million-token historical context, not a summarised slice.
Do the human RM sessions replace my RM team?
No. Pivot Sigma’s RMs work with your team — as a second set of experienced eyes, a weekly discipline, and a way to pressure-test decisions. On Premium Plus, we operate as an embedded revenue function for groups that do not yet have one.
What if my group already has SOC 2 or ISO 27001 requirements?
Discussed on Premium and Premium Plus engagements. We will walk through our data architecture, access model, and audit commitments during onboarding — and align with your security & compliance team on any additional controls.
