Proposal Specialist (REmote)
Role Summary: The Proposal Specialist will be instrumental in driving our company’s growth by crafting compelling proposals in response to client RFPs (Request for Proposals) and ensuring the alignment of the solution proposed with the client’s objectives.

- Proposal Development: Lead the development of proposals, ensuring the content is consistent, compelling, and tailored to address specific client requirements and needs.
- Collaboration: Work closely with sales, product, and technical teams to gather the necessary information and craft a cohesive and comprehensive proposal.
- Content Management: Maintain and update the proposal database, ensuring all content is current, relevant, and readily accessible for proposal development.
- Review and Analysis: Examine RFPs to understand client requirements and ensure that proposals address all points of the RFP and are submitted in the required format.
- Feedback Loop: Gather feedback on submitted proposals, both successful and unsuccessful, to continuously refine and improve the proposal process.
- Quality Assurance: Review and edit proposals for accuracy, consistency, and clarity. Ensure that all content is free from errors and represents the company's capabilities and solutions accurately.
- Continuous Improvement: Stay updated with industry trends to ensure that proposals are in line with market standards and expectations.
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, communications, or related field.
- Proven experience in proposal writing or a similar role.
- Strong writing, editing, and proofreading skills.
- Ability to communicate complex ideas succinctly and persuasively.
- Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite, especially Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Ability to work under tight deadlines and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
