Project Manager (Remote)
Role Summary: The Project Manager will be responsible for leading teams to deliver project(s) that span across one or more business units. This role will manage resources, schedules, financials, and adhere to stage gate quality and SDLC control guidelines throughout the full systems development life cycle.

- Project Planning & Management – Define project scope and schedule while focusing on regular and timely delivery of value; organize and lead project status and working meetings; prepare and distribute progress reports; manage risks and issues; correct deviations from plans; and perform delivery planning for assigned projects.
- Team Management – Assist in team development while holding teams accountable for their commitments, removing roadblocks to their work; leveraging organizational resources to improve capacity for project work; and mentoring and developing team members.
- Product Owner Support – Support the Product Owner in managing customer expectations for project deliverables, managing stakeholder communications, and helping to implement an effective system of project governance.
- Process Management & Improvement – Define and manage a well-defined project management process and champion ongoing process improvement initiatives to implement best practices for Agile Project Management.
- Vendor Management – Track vendor progress against milestones, ensuring deliverables are received on time and are of high quality.
- Bachelor's degree or higher in business or related field.
- Proven experience in project management and knowledge of project management tools and methodologies.
- Strong interpersonal skills and extremely resourceful.
- Proficient in Agile methodologies and tools.
- Ability to manage stakeholders and multiple project teams with a demonstrated ability to influence cross-functional teams without formal authority.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
